It’s always beautiful how healing work happens . Today I went to get a haircut..and the person who cuts my hair was not there today. So another person offered.
As I sat in her chair I could feel she was somewhat upset and I just sat quietly. She then just began talking. As she got started..she said I never talk like this to anyone and you are just so calm. I just continued listening..not saying very much. When she was done talking ..she said thank you I feel so calm . I must have needed to express. Then she finally asked me what is it that you do. When I told her she said that makes all the sense in the world. And said thank you for the healing.
She then asked if I ever do any traveling and I said yes and I plan to do more next year when i finish school. She asked have you ever been to Jamaica. I said yes, a number of times. She said well next time you come you are welcome to stay at my family’s house anytime you come. We have a big house and lots of land and we would welcome you anytime. I graciously said thank you:):):).
Some times just being present is all that is needed
