Build awareness around true partnership and collaboration….no matter the environment or the people you are engaging..remembering it is all about the “We” ..not just the “Me”. This is the energy to facilitate in the cocreation of our new world. The old paradigm speaks to the notion of hierarchy and being “better than” or “being the winner” We all need each other in true form to make substantive change and shifts in this world. No one wins if we all don’t win…the opposite in thinking is part of the illusion.. Anything less than this perception or reason will bring us back to separateness…
When we recognize a shift in one’s interaction or behavior due to the surfacing of our own awareness in this regard; no need to become dismayed..just keep it moving. Awareness in intention is a wonderful gift..it allows for the observance and perseverance of truth and authenticty…..the idea of disappointment falls prey to ego…
