Join us Saturday, April 25, 2026, for a joyful day of community, learning, and honoring the Earth! The IWC Earth Day Celebration brings together neighbors, students, growers, makers, and healers for hands-on activities, local vendors, good food, music, and connection.
Participants include members of the IWC Community, the Goldey-Beacom College community, University of Delaware Environmental Justice Interns, local vendors, and urban farmers—all coming together to celebrate sustainability and care for the land.

Discover the harmony of growing corn, beans, and squash together, an Indigenous agricultural practice that nourishes the land and the people.
🌱 Medicinal Seed Sowing Workshop
Get your hands in the soil and learn tips for starting your garden this season. Bring your questions, curiosity, and enthusiasm!

🍴 IWC Kitchen & Community Potluck
Enjoy warm soup, chili, and cider from the IWC Kitchen and bring a dish to contribute to the potluck. Share a meal with neighbors and friends as we celebrate the bounty of the Earth.
