We are so grateful and want to share some of the wonderful things which will be taking place at IWC coming into the new year. Although we will still have a presence on Facebook and Instagram, Our new website will now be the centralized place to allow you to connect with all of the goings on at IWC as well as offer other platforms such as Patreon and You Tube to obtain even more information and resources. Needless to say the excitement is overflowing, knowing that this will also make it easier for folks to both follow us as well as engage. We would like to hear from you as to how you like the new. Below are some new comings to IWC.
URBAN FARM– Although we have been making the journey for a bit building and planning, we finally will be starting our urban farm and community nursery in the coming spring. We will be looking for community volunteers to come join us in the spring, as there will be much to do. Our greenhouse has arrived and will be constructed this month. Stay tuned for all the wonderful things we will be sharing with the community in that regard, many of which will be offered onsite as well as virtually.
IWC APIARY – We have started the build out of IWC’s own Apiary. Yes we have our first hive three boxes deep and our little friends appear to be happy and preparing for the winter storing lots of honey Next year our plan is to add two more hives. We have been quite enamored by these little beings and their frequency just adds to the Love Vibe at IWC.
PERMACULTURE DESIGN CERTIFICATION PROGRAM– To highlight just a few of the other great things coming in 2021. IWC will be running its second Permaculture Design Certification Program in the month of July 2021. You will not want to miss this. A real opportunity to gain some experiential knowledge as well as learn from a number of experienced Practitioners who are walking the talk. The program will be facilitated from our 14 yr. Old Permaculture homestead in addition to fieldtrips to be facilitated by various other guest instructors facilitators See events page for details
.HEALING – along the lines of healing there will be lots to choose from outside of the services offered. Community Drum Circles, Shamanic Circles and Sound healing just to name a few. We will be holding our annual Shamanic Circle Ceremony in December 2020 to allow folks to set intention and grounding for the coming year. in addition, beginning 2021 we will be offering certification classes in Usui Holy Fire and Karuna Reiki from Level I through Master/Teacher Level Iii. Our second waive of our 3yr. Shamanic Apprenticeship Program will also begin in the Summer of 2021 with information sessions to be held in the Winter/Spring 2021
FESTIVAL AND OTHER COMMUNITY EVENTS –
We will be holding our annual earth day celebration in 2021 as well. Plans are still being formulated, so if you would like to join us as a collaborative partner , please feel free to reach out to us. And yes. our 2021 festival is already on the calendar for the month of October 2021…and i know folks missed not having it this year…so we plan to have a wonderful time.
