Yoga is an ancient practice that has widespread physical, mental and emotional benefits to help one achieve health and wellness. We offer weekly and monthly classes utilizing a variety of styles (including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Kriya) that are suitable to everyone from the first-timer to the seasoned yogi. Come with us and explore the body and mind with yoga!

Saturday Morning Yoga – Yoga means “union”! This yoga class is geared toward harmony of body and mind. During each class, we will integrate yoga techniques, breathing exercises, flowing movements, and mental exercises to deepen and support healthy movements through awareness. A variety of different styles will combine for a unique experience, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Kriya, and Kundalini yoga exercises. Our yoga program also provides support for forming a “home practice” and yoga lifestyle. Being able to make yoga practical and applicable to life situations can help us bring that poise and grace with us throughout the day. Handouts will be provided, and each class will include a brief discussion on yogic principles as food for thought.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Our classical Vinyasa Flow classes link asana, or physical posture, with breath in creative sequences, often amid a soundtrack of relaxing music. Vinyasa yoga classes encourage you to connect your body, mind, and spirit in an energetic practice. We may also incorporate pranayama, or meditative breath control practice, to deepen your preparation for meditation from the inside out. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga (Vinyasa Style) –  This class offers accessible postures to awaken our awareness, follow our breath, and link mind, body and spirit.  Ease low back pain, strengthen the breath-body connection, and learn the practice of Vinyasa yoga in a gentle, stepwise manner.   We will focus on alignment, injury-prevention, and sustainable yoga practice.  Suitable for beginners and all-level yogis. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one!

Chakra-Focused Yoga Workshop – In this specialized workshop, we will explore poses that correspond to the seven chakras, or energy centers, in the body, which can become imbalanced or blocked by stress, pain, tension, low self-esteem, situational challenges, or past experiences.

Private Yoga Instruction – New to yoga, or prefer to learn at your own pace?  We offer 60 minute private yoga instruction, which you can schedule at your convenience.   Sessions are completely customizable.   Our certified instructors will gently guide you though a practice aimed at increasing your strength, flexibility, mobility, focus and balance.
